Team problem-solving activities
These
seemingly very simple activities are in fact micro-simulations designed
to challenge current patterns of thinking, communication and operation.
Each activity is followed by an immediate feedback session in the form of a
moderated discussion. Depending on the program’s focus, specific issues can
be targeted, such as: cooperation across the team, leadership,
time-management, creativity, change-readiness, real vs. perceived performance
limitations etc.
