Teambuilding – facilitation of team processes

This program format pursues assessment of team dynamics, reflection on their current state and the shared experience and transition of all of the reflection’s re­levant outcomes in the business world. The activities used serve as simple simulations uncoiling the relationships, communication and working pattern rooted deep in the team and its members. These can be pointed at in the debriefing session following each activity. Further ways of possible development are being sought based on relevant theoretical models and most importantly the participants’ direct input. The whole cycle is completed with the next activity bringing an immediate opportunity for a real-life test of the newly emerged development recommendations.
